Tractor Pulling
Ever since Firestone unveiled its Puller 2000 tire during the summer of 2001 in Tomah, Wisconsin, the pulling world has been a buzz regarding its transition onto the track. Many of the top competitors used the new tire last season, and got immediate results. Others were still fine-tuning their set ups while trying to integrate the tire effectively.
The Puller 2000 is marked with a ‘HP’ instead of having a ply rating number like 8 or 10. The ‘HP’ stands for High Performance. The tire encompasses the weight reduction by changing a few of the gauges in the sidewall and making changes in stock junctions in the tread area. The ‘HP’ tires show that before cutting the weight will be approximately 465 pounds.
The Puller 2000 HP is available through our nationwide dealer in size 30.5L32 and will work in any class. View the pictures below of actual tractor pullers during competition.
