Improve traction, lower fuel costs, reduce time in the field.

Proper tire inflation for the load can make a significant difference in traction, fuel costs, time in the field and soil compaction. It can extend the life of your tires, too.

Remember these three steps to proper tire inflation:

  • Know your load – optimum inflation can change with every operation. It is important to scale your tractor for accuracy.
  • Ballast your tractor – having the recommended ratio of load per axle helps determine the right inflation and improve productivity.
  • Maintain inflation – under-inflated tires wear-out considerably faster. Over-inflated tires result in higher fuel costs and more time in the field. Remember that every 10-degree “F” change in ambient temperature changes tire pressure by a pound.

Complete the following information and within one week we will send you an email with your proper tire inflation level for each operation.
