Since 1993, Firestone University has maintained a national product and sales training program for its farm tire dealers. In 1997, Firestone expanded the scope of Firestone University to include the Certified Farm Tire Instructor program. This makes your local dealership an important information resource where you can get the best product technology information possible.

Firestone University Training and Certification

Firestone University is a four-day seminar and workshop at Firestone headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. This seminar consists of twelve different study units presented by Firestone staff personnel. These study units cover everything from technical issues to adjustment information to the Firestone product lines. And it’s not just classroom learning; the students must then demonstrate their knowledge. They must take what they have learned and participate in exercises to show they have learned the information.

This training seminar gives your Firestone dealer the expertise they need to solve your technical issues. It’s all to keep Firestone Dealers leading the way in service, before and after, your Firestone Tires go to work in the field.
